Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize product listings on eBay, Etsy, and other online marketplaces to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance.
  • Create compelling and engaging product descriptions, images, and content to attract customers and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with various teams including marketing, inventory management, and customer service to ensure seamless operations across all platforms.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, marketplace changes, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and quality across all listings and portals.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in Ecommerce, specifically managing eBay, Etsy, or other online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, listing optimization techniques, and SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decisionmaking.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated individual with a passion for Ecommerce and digital marketing.

Location: 22 Godam Jaipur.
