What You'll Do:

Part of the Client Solutions organization, the Solutions Architect will be the voice of the Product team in both internal and external settings.

They will be responsible with providing expertise & guidance to both our retail partners and commercial team to draw the most value from our platform technology.

The role will require constant communication & collaboration with our Product, Business, Operations and Marketing teams.

Their ability to understand our environment from a business and product point of view will be seen as an important asset when working on our strategic initiatives & partnerships.

Participate in top retailer pitches or discussions to be the voice of Product
Participate in partnership implementation and drive these projects towards success
Work closely with local Client Solutions to best match client needs with our platform feature set
Be the voice of the South APAC market in internal roadmap discussions
Act as a local "evangelization beacon" spread our positioning message and best practices

Who You Are:

4+ years of experience in a Media environment
Strong communication skills.
The success of the Solutions Architect will greatly depend on the ability to learn from global teams and share knowledge with clients & local AMER teams
Experience in hybrid roles, commercial accountability is a plus
Understanding of the retailer business & challenges is a plus
Technical background is a plus
