ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for issuing and Reissuing tickets on Amadeus CRS.
  • Additional working experience of Galileo will be preferred.
  • Assisting the Team members Interaction with Corporate Clients for their travel requirement.

Skills Required:


  • Strong domestic and international ticketing experience.
  • Must have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
  • Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service.
  • Passion for delivering customer service.
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries and interact with individuals.
  • Must be Graduate preferably in English, Journalism & Mass Communication or B.SC background.
  • Experienced in Air ticketing & Reservation.
  • Freshers who are willing to start a new career are welcome
  • Professional training certificate in Air ticketing & Reservation will be preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
From ₹13,000.00 per month
