Aerocity, New Delhi
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and data for meetings
- Conduct research and compile information as required
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and conferences
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and proofread correspondence and documents
- Assist in the preparation of speeches, presentations, and other materials
- Coordinate and/or participate in special projects as assigned
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and take proactive measures to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure efficient communication and workflow
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
