About the Role:
This will be an Expansion Team of select individuals working to add 300+ dark stores across India.
Objectives of this Role:
- Collect invoices from all Vendors, along with supporting documents.
- Verify the rental and other invoices with Agreements.
- Clarify all doubts in rental invoices with all City Teams.
- Submit the invoices to all City Leads for approval and submit to the Finance Team.
- Track the vendor payments with the Finance Team.
- Reconciliation twice a month with all Vendors & our Finance Team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fulltime experience: More than 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance & Accounting, and dealing with POs & invoices.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field, preferably Finance.
- Excellent communication skills, problemsolving ability and initiativetaking ability.
