Department / Role Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Our team leads all strategic financial modeling across Company, capital raising, investor relationships and diligence responses, and transaction execution and documentation
  • Create and maintain financial models and underwriting, including cash flow projections, fundlevel waterfalls and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations, sumofthe parts analyses
  • Prepare presentations and marketing materials, including pitches, responses to diligence requests, and various modeling exercise outputs for investors, senior executives, and Board of Directors
  • Collaborate with the team and groups across the organization to generate new ideas, advance existing initiatives, and assist with special projects on an asneeded basis

Requirements:


  • Education
:

Bachelor's degree and MBA / CA / CFA with financial markets understanding a plus.

  • Experience (46 years)
:

prior experience in banking, financial Services and / or real estate firm preferred. Highly analytical mindset.

  • Technical
:

Intermediate-advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.

  • System
:

Prior experience in using Yardi, Tableau, and SQL preferred.

  • Time Management
:

Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must react quickly to requests with a sense of urgency.


Salary:

₹1,800, ₹2,200,000.00 per year
