Greets all incoming/outgoing guests.
Uses proper greetings at all times.
Be well verse with the daily arrival and the type of guests arriving.
Takes ownership in solving guest problem and concern
Always takes the opportunity to exceed customer expectations.
Assists guests with luggage upon arrival/departure.
Ensures that all accounting policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Actively participate in any activities/program organized by the department or the management.
To take initiative in learning new things that comes for career improvement. e.g. cross exposure, training organizes by the department.
Makes customer delight the main objective each day.
Always contributes ideas and constantly promotes teamwork.
Ensures a strong follow-up and proper hand over of information at all times.
Ensures that all guestroom keys are properly secured.
Reports lost key immediately to Duty manager.
Screens the guests coming into the lobby.
Looks out for any person behaving in a suspicious manner and informs Leader accordingly.
Ensures personal hygiene at all time
Constantly monitors personal cleanliness
Attends shift briefing, familiarizes him with all the information. E.g. function, promotions and any other additional information.
Assists guests with luggage for arrival/departure.
Escorts all the VIP's, long staying guests and return guest to the room.
Explain the system of A/C control, lighting etc.
Checks for any article left behind by the Guests and inform the Duty manager if any.
Makes transportation arrangements for the guests.
Mans the lobby door.
Conducts proper hand over for the next shift.
Relieves colleagues for meals.
Delivers messages, parcels, mail and newspapers effectively and undertake any other miscellaneous errands as necessary for guest comfort and convenience.
Maintains the cleanliness of luggage room, trolleys and Concierge Counter.
Maintains smooth traffic flow at lobby as well as driveway.
Give accurate direction and necessary information for guests and issues taxi cards.
Ensures collection of the Ving card from the Guest at the time of check-out.
Obtains clearance form the cashier on the errand card regarding the bill signed by the guest.
Reports guest with scanty baggage to the Duty manager
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Front Office Manager and Duty manager
Be environmental friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
