Description
Responsibilities - Reports to the Installation Manager.

  • Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.
  • Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
  • Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.
  • Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
  • Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
  • Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
  • Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
  • Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
  • Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.

Job Requirement

Desired Education, Skills & Experience

  • Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
  • Good communicator, ability to handle multifunctional activity & pressure in the execution process.
  • Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.
  • Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
  • Working days
  • 6 days per week
