Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while optimizing time efficiency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and assignments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and gatherings.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external contacts, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Perform personal tasks, such as arranging personal appointments, managing household affairs, and running errands.
- Assist in managing personal finances, expense reports, and invoices.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively provide support to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other day to day tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
