Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while optimizing time efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects and assignments.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and gatherings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external contacts, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Perform personal tasks, such as arranging personal appointments, managing household affairs, and running errands.
  • Assist in managing personal finances, expense reports, and invoices.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively provide support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other day to day tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
