Responsibilities:


  • Administration Activities
  • Daily sales entries and coordination with Banks executives
  • Petty cash management
  • Daily Sales Reports Management
  • Maintaining and updating Sales MIS
  • Updating Google sheet with daily records
  • Answering MIS Queries
  • Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to disbursal.
  • Day to day general Office Administration
  • Housekeeping and Security Vendor Management
  • Backoffice Maintenance
  • Transporters Management
  • Courier services rate contracts
  • Walkin Interviews Coordination
  • Logistics monitoring at center & manage Software
  • Facility Management.
  • Coordination between Internal Department
  • Strong Coordination & Cooperation for Accounts, HR & Purchase activities
  • Experience in Front Office Management, Facilities and Office Administration.

Required Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Can maintain calm under pressure
  • Team Player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
