JOB PURPOSE
Monitor Cargo operations in DIAL to ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinate with Cargo Terminal Operators (CDCTMIPL & DCSC) and other Stakeholders to resolve operational issues in order to increase the cargo tonnage and improve operational excellence.Responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions.
This role involves developing and implementing quality and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with industry standards, laws, and regulations and strive to get the certified by International and National Accreditation bodies.
