Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the service department to effectively achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the service team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Oversee daytoday service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, parts inventory, and service quality control.
Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, resolving customer complaints promptly, and implementing customer feedback mechanisms.
Establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service partners to ensure timely delivery of parts and services at competitive prices.
Develop training programs for service technicians and staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and productivity.
