Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee our packaging operations and ensure that all products are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment to customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise packaging operations, including overseeing a team of packaging associates
  • Ensure that all packaging is done according to established procedures and meets quality standards
  • Develop and implement production schedules, prioritizing tasks and resources as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Train and mentor packaging associates, providing ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance
  • Ensure that all packaging equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:


  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of packaging equipment and techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics and make sound decisions based on that information

Salary:
₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
