As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships to drive business growth and ensure their utmost satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Monitor and analyze client account performance by taking inputs from team members on system utilization, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to the customer
- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from the accounts assigned while meeting clients' regular and evolving needs.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Address any concerns or conflicts raised by key clients promptly and professionally, striving to reach winwin resolutions.
- Stay updated with the industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
- Identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities
- Contribute to the company's sales targets.
Qualifications
B.COM, BMS, Marketing, Sales or a related field or any Graduate.
Additional Information
Who can apply:
- 1 4 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or a similar clientfacing role.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills.
