Purpose
projects at Allstate in collaboration with the Managing Engineer and Delivery Head. The incumbent is
expected to lead a team of SAP and Non-SAP professionals and support with project scoping, planning,
resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and people management with a mandate to
optimize delivery of projects to translate customer's requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with business and product stakeholders to understand the client requirements and actively
participate in cross-functional conversations to support the development of product roadmaps and
the technical and architectural solutioning process
Provide strategic insights at enterprise level on all aspects of Integrated Financial System and a
thought leader in contemporary finance tools.
A courageous business leader driving business results with conviction and partnering with diverse
business portfolios and models in promoting short term and long-term operating plans.
Strong ability to produce new technology specifications, solutions, designed for optimal access.
Demonstrate strong ability to gain buy-in on proposed solutions. Lead research and development
efforts (proofs of concept, prototypes).
Provide data Solution Design for Complex Initiatives and perform data feasibility studies.
Manage SAP teams with strong focus on team management, functional transformation and drive
multiple organizational objectives in areas of global process standards deployment, business
process transitions
Establish relevant KPIs and performance drivers and analyse performance with improvement
recommendations
Part of the Enterprise Shared Services leadership team responsible for Finance, Talent
Acquisition, Development and Retention
Lead internal efforts to build knowledge assets for the team to ensure optimal productivity and asset

Support senior team members with project and financial management activities such as project
planning, development of product roadmaps, budgeting, and cost estimation
Take end-to-end ownership of project quality and delivery for select modules, adopt Agile
methodologies to lead and guide a team of full-stack developers on project delivery; closely
reviewing all solutions and deliverables from a functionality and technical standpoint and driving
on-time completion in alignment with established standards
Drive the quality management process, actively participating in code reviews, providing timely
risk free.
Support Senior managers in identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure alignment of project
delivery with defined timelines, cost estimates and client expectations. Provide regular feedbacks
to team members and help managers and functional heads in making decisions.
Facilitate the team's progress by periodically taking up capability building sessions for the team
members, playing an important role in enhancing their technical skills and keeping the team
focused on the goals of the project

Bachelor's degree / University degree in Engineering / Technology (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA), Master's
Degree is a must
Must have experience of working in S/4 HANA implemnatation as FICO consultant.
4 to 6 Years of experience of leading a team in an agile environment.
3 to 5 years of experience with Cash Management, BCM, EBS
2 to 3 years of experience with Data Migration in S4 Hana
Technical Skills Proficiency
General Ledger & Basic Controlling in S4 Hana, ECC Expert
Fixed Assets in S4 Hana, ECC Expert
Accounts Payable in S4 Hana, ECC Expert
