Job Description Summary:

Intern will work in the field of Manufacturing of Drives products - Mechanical under the mentorship of technical expert in this field.

The individual will work on a function depending on their prior coursework and degree.

This role aims to make the product available to meet customer demand

To focus on part availability, on-time delivery to the customer, through Safety,Quality,Delivery, and Cost Reduction by utilizing resources effectively.

Material Planning is responsible to plan and carry out MRP, Schedules, On time delivery, JIT and Kanban.

To coordinate with Stores, ensure related materials feed to shop floor and avoid line stop

Interact with Supply chain and sourcing for shortage Part availability to factory for smooth materials flow.

Daily Production status monitoring [plan vs actual] and in case of customer delivery risk to highlight to next level for resolutions

Pick list/Kitting list generations

Arranging of sorting of materials required for production

To work on automation of processes through relevant software

Report Generations
