Field Work:

Conduct extensive fieldwork to promote Vites Technologies LLP and its offerings, ensuring a visible presence in the target market.

Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and college requirements to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion, providing necessary support and insights.

Content Development:
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate the institute's value proposition.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing for IT Training Institutes, with a successful track record in lead generation and conversion.

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
