Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle student walkins at the Centre.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
  • Converting teleenquiries into walkins.
  • Handling Walk in, Telephonic and Online enquiries.
  • Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options available.
  • Admission Conversion to meet revenue targets for the centre.
  • Responsible for admissions and centre growth.
  • Networking with students through mails/calls/social media/whatsapp/etc
  • To work in tandem with Managements strategies and plans for development of sales and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with students for Seminars, trainings, admissions, readmissions, and other associates for promotional activities.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, courses, and reactions to products.
  • Resolving any concerns of students promptly & satisfactorily.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills:

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon , Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Amission Counselor: 1 year (preferred)
Total Work: 2 years (preferred)
