Position Summary:
Join Orianaa as a Production Supervisor in our Converting Department. Lead a skilled team in delivering top-quality label manufacturing. Oversee production, maintain standards, and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Converting Department team.
- Ensure timely production and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for optimal workflow.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain records.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Champion safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably labels.
- Strong understanding of converting processes and equipment.
- Effective problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficient in production software and systems.
