Shifts:
Rotational shifts - 9 Hours - UK Shifts, 5days

Cab:
One way Cab & One way shuttle.
WFO.

Interview Process:

1st Round: HR Screening
2nd Round : Write Assessment(B2 Band Cuttoff)
3rd round: Svar (50% Cutoff),
4th round : Live chat
5th round: Operation Round.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via chat platform in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and offer appropriate solutions through chat interactions.
Utilize preestablished scripts and guidelines to handle common inquiries and scenarios.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Upsell and crosssell company products/services as appropriate during chat conversations.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
