Their duties typically include:

Coordination: Ensuring that all activities on-site are coordinated efficiently, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing the workflow of the project.

Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of workmanship to ensure that it meets the standards set by the project plans and specifications.

Safety: Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring that all workers on-site adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, such as delays, material shortages, or design discrepancies.

Communication: Serving as a liaison between the project manager, client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep all parties informed of the project's progress and any potential issues.
