Join our Marine team in Chennai
The Marine Department of COWI India is undertaking projects from both international and domestic markets.

It offers a comprehensive range of consulting services related to the development of Ports, Harbours, Coastal and Marine structures, and other infrastructure etc.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Controller to join our team.

As a Project Controller, you will play a crucial role in by contributing to the success of our projects and make a real impact on our organization.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Collaborate with the project managers to execute project management activities including project plan development, project monitoring and control, etc

Assist project managers and technical leads in monitoring the project by keeping a track of various activities as per the project schedule and highlighting deviations, if any.
Update status of project schedules and business management as required. Produce reports, create presentations, monitor discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions
Produce project progress reports and follow up with technical leads, project management and clients.

Organize, update and improve the overall workflow of information and documentation within the company

Be responsible to track the status of the document control plan's progress and updating all stakeholders involved in the process of general information exchange
Control, coordinate and supervise the issue and recording of all drawings and documents produced by technical staff and subconsultants (if any) for our design projects
Prepare and manage the compilation of final project dossiers.

Furthermore, you have:

Master's/Bachelor's degree with 812 years of experience
Experience as a Project controller or similar role on a large infrastructure project in transportation sector working with Consultants/Contractors
Experience in preparing project status reports and project measuring tools
Experience in project document control tools and work breakdown structure
Expertise in documentation processes within an engineering and construction environment and knowledge of a typical project life cycle
Working experience on project control software (MS projects/Primavera) besides good working skills on MS Word, S Excel, MS PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
