Experience : 2.5+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Follow and coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate/Implement quality control policies
:

-
Conduct Receiving RM/PM Inspection & maintain the records
:

-
Conduct In-Process Quality Control Testing & maintain the records
:

-
Conduct FG & Accelerated Aging Test of each product & maintain the records
:

-
Perform the inhouse Lab Testing for New Product development
:

-
Conduct Pre-Dispatch/Pre-Handing Over Inspection of FG & maintain the records
:

-
Control & highlight the Non-Conformance related to the FG, RM/PM & In-process Inspection, maintain NCR
:

Maintain the Shift activity log for the work performed during each shift
:

Control of documents & system by means of Quality Audits
:


  • Promote riskbased thinking within QA Department and across the organization and ensures that actions are taken to address significant risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality activities.
  • Provides technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Ensures that laboratory testing methods conforms to applicable standards.
  • Authorize release of finished goods.
  • Work with R&D team to establish quality standards for new products.
  • Ensure that customer or product requirements are being met through validation runs.
  • Review and analyze statistical data and recommend changes to the production processes or quality controls to eliminate problem.
  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure that all inhouse systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
  • Set personalWIGs/Objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
  • Report against agreed quality metrics on a regular basisand identify any actions required.
  • In conjunction with the Quality Vendor Management function, reduce the effect of nonconforming supplier materials on the production area quality.
  • Attends various meetings such as the Daily Performance Dialogues, QC Performance Dialogue, PEx Meeting, take note of action and communicate instructions where necessary.
  • Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of subordinates.
  • Support and participate in the continual improvement activities of the company.
  • Perform such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and / or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
  • Tasks being performed for R&D
  • Conduct of experiments and trials on Laboratory scale.
  • Testing of experiments & trials.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • College graduate preferably with degree course in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Preferably Licensed or with Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge on both Quality Control and Research and Development Techniques
  • Working knowledge on different chemicals used for production
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and team working skills

Salary:

₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
