    Job Description

    Are you passionate about ensuring the highest level of quality in software products? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for uncovering even the smallest of defects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manual Quality Assurance Analyst.

    As a Manual QA Analyst with 1 to 1.5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our software development lifecycle by meticulously testing and validating our applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your expertise will contribute to delivering a flawless user experience to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

    Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and design documents.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

    Document and report defects using a standardized bug tracking system, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

    Conduct regression testing to verify that reported issues have been successfully resolved and do not impact other areas of the application.

    Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, potential roadblocks, and process improvements.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices within the organization.

    Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in manual software testing and quality assurance.

    Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and defect tracking systems.

    Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications across different browsers and devices.

    Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an acute attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
