Responsibilities:

∙Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system

functionality, usability, and performance.

∙Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and ensure

effective communication throughout the testing process.

∙Document test results, track defects, and provide clear and concise reports to aid in issue

resolution.

∙Participate in test plan reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing

processes.

∙Assist in identifying areas for test automation and work with senior team members to

implement automated testing solutions.

∙Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing to contribute fresh

perspectives to the team.


Requirements:

∙Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

∙1-2 years of relevant working experience in manual software testing.

∙Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

∙Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

∙Attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects accurately.

∙Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

∙Familiarity with bug tracking tools and version control systems.

∙Basic knowledge of test automation concepts is a plus.

∙Problem-solving attitude and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
