    1 Review the received invoices for accuracyand completeness2 Conduct validation ofinvoice details against contracts purchase orders and receiptsverify theaccuracy of pricing quantities andterms thereby having a prompt resolution fordiscrepancies.3 Be aware of changes andupdates in company policies and procedures and regulations toensurecompliance with relevant laws andstandards as per client s requirements.4Communicate effectively with clients to highlight discrepanciesanswer inquiries against thediscrepanciesand maintain positive relationships5Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the invoiceprocessing workflow6 Collaborate with teammembers and management to implementimprovements7 Provide regular updates onprocessing status and performance8 Report tothe SPOC on client side and make sure all commitments are deliveredon time.
