Maintenance Planner - Ban, India - Ingredion
Description
Receive maintenance order from SAP /Sika system or from other channels and breakdown and setup priorities with stakeholders and identify for the technical problems and resolve them with the team.
- Identify for problems with mechanical / electrical / instrument / utility team and consolidate the problems and setup the meeting to solve the problems.
- Follow up with the ongoing cases, input the case information into the system, close the case and report for occurring expenses on a monthly basis.
- Report for manhour / breakdown issues and identify for root causes and create work orders and summarize on periodical basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Produce the summary report of repair & maintenance expenses and control store expenses.
- Manage preventive maintenance for each machinery and cowork with the R&M team and planners in line with production schedules and timeline for smooth operation of production.
- Cowork with planners for repair & maintenance schedules for breakdown time in relation to capacity output.
