Job Description:

0-1 years' Experience in Accounting in BPO/Shared Service/Manufacturing

Excellent communication Skills in German and English is mandatory

Processing of cases/tickets/Invoices while adhering to targets of accuracy, login efficiency and productivity

Review accounting documents, identify errors and provide solution

To assist and participate in improvement initiatives

Guides and supports Operations proactively (Continuous Improvement Process CIP, Standardization)

Qualifications:

Experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable is mandatory

Minimum B2.2 German language certification

Analytical thinking and decision making capabilities

Very high customer oriented mindset

Great networking skills and intercultural understanding

Self determined and structured way of working

High motivation and engagement
