Description

Responsible for sanctioning and underwriting secured loans for commercial vehicles/construction equipment's of customer proposals in accordance with established policies and procedures in order to uphold agreed-upon SLAs.

Instruct and direct a group of credit underwriters.
Have direct conversations with customers to determine credit worthiness.
Manage and control nonstarters, initial arrears if any by ensuring quality inflow of customers.
Ensuring the completion of credit/KYC papers and verification through phone calls and inperson visits to collateral.
Work together with sales to meet SLAs and reach committed targets
Ensure adherence and compliance with acknowledged norms of credit policy.
Work together with Collections to identify and convey patterns regarding delinquent customers to Collections team there by reducing net credit loss and delinquency metrics.
Regular branch/customer/financier visits.
