As a Tele Sales Executive at AQT Direct Limited, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and business development efforts.

You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective telephone communication. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients identified through targeted research and lead generation activities.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Sales Pitch and Presentation:


  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our investment opportunities.
  • Tailor sales presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each prospect.
  • Handle objections and address concerns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Relationship Building:


  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services or investment products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing relevant information and insights about our investment offerings.

Collaboration and Reporting:


  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in tele sales, outbound sales, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach to sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
