With at least 1 year of experience in cold calling and a knack for communication, you'll drive sales, hitting a minimum target of 5 projects monthly.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to pitch our services.
Engage prospects, understand their needs, and communicate the benefits.
Generate leads, maintain records, and meet monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

1+ year of telemarketing or sales experience.
Strong communication skills and selfmotivation.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Must have a laptop, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection.

Fixed Salary:
INR 3000/month

Minimum Target Achievement Bonus:
INR 7000/month (additional)

Incentives on Target Achievement:
INR 5000/month (additional)
