Assist in developing, documenting, and optimizing operational processes related to product deployment, customer onboarding, support, and more.
Collaborate with the customer support team to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Collect feedback from customers to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.
Compile and analyze operational data to generate reports, identify performance metrics, and propose actionable insights for process enhancement.
Provide regular updates to management on operational performance
Assist in planning and executing projects related to product launches, system upgrades, and process improvements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with user training.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Education, or related field.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
