Job title - IT Assistant

In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software.

The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for employee who are experiencing computer issues.

Main duties and responsibilities

Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
Verify functionality of hardware and software components
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
Conduct daily network backup operations
Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
Coordinate the needs of remote employees, vendors and contractors
Manage and oversee departmental quotas
Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department

IT Technician skills

1+ years' experience on current network operating systems
Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in highpressure situations
Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity

Key skill Required:
Troubleshoot, Installation, Configuration, Ticketing

Qualification:
HSC and Graduate.

Experience: 1+ year

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
