Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Redjinni Industries Pvt.

Ldt., you will play a pivotal role in designing and improving the user interface and overall user experience of our digital products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create visually appealing and highly functional designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Advocate for the user throughout the design process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
