Job purpose:
Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the accounts and book keeping.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years experience
Responsibilities:
- The job involves maintaining financial accounts in tally and excel sheets; Voucher Entries, Invoice Entries, Bank & Cash Entries, Maintain Attendance Register, Maintain Petty Cash and Business Correspondence with service providers, vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Responsible for maintaining order books related to Laboratory, stationary and office supplies.
- Organise, coordinate and supervise other centre activities.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
- Readiness to take on additional administrative duties as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Com / M.Com Graduate
- Knowledge of Operating Tally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary. Comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives.
- Excellent (not beginners) computer knowledge
- Selfdriven, result oriented individual who is keen for new experience and responsibility.
- Adaptability to changing demands and working in dynamic work place.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Wellpresented and business like.
- Should be willing to work in team.
Salary:
Competitive. As per industry standard.
