**- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.

  • Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects for software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Tailor presentations to address the unique needs and challenges of each client.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors & offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our software solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful software sales.
  • Strong understanding of software products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goaloriented, selfmotivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
