Responsibilities:


  • Conduct chemical synthesis and purification processes according to established protocols.
  • Perform quality control tests and analysis to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D, engineering, and quality assurance to optimize production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of experimental data, procedures, and results.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of new chemical processes and formulations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of chemical synthesis, purification, and analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and data analysis software.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in chemical manufacturing.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹180, ₹350,000.00 per year
