    *Position Overview:*

    We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team at The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making and improve business processes across various departments.

    *Responsibilities:*

    1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.

    2. Collect and analyze data from internal systems, databases, and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

    3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business performance.

    4. Conduct detailed analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

    5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations & marketing, to identify business needs and prioritize initiatives.

    6. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    7. Provide recommendations for process improvements, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.

    8. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

    9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, construction, and digital analytics.

    *Qualifications:*

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering.

    2. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role at a leading consulting firm.

    3. Strong analytical and presentation skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

    4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

    5. Experience with business intelligence platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

    6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

    7. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    8. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

    9. Passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning.
