Bengaluru Remote

The maximum salary for this position is set at 12 Lakhs.

Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 3+ years experience required
  • Required knowledge of ServiceNow products, especially in ITSM/HRSD/ITOM modules.
  • Proficiency in UI test automation with tools such as ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, etc.
  • Proficiency in API test automation with tools like Rest-Assured.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, test case management, test strategies, and execution planning.
  • Experience with Agile QA processes, In-Sprint testing, and SCRUM methodology signoffs.
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal forms, and the ability to work efficiently in virtual teams across different locations.

Top 3 priorities:


  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM/HRSD/ITOM modules.
  • Experience in UI test automation with tools such as ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, etc.
  • Strong communication skills.
