As a Client Relations Trainee, you will be an integral part of our client-facing team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

This role is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to learn and develop critical skills in client management, communication, and problem-solving.

• Assist senior client relations staff in managing and maintaining client accounts.
• Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Support the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and providing followup as necessary.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining client data in our CRM system.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based on client interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to clients.

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
• Problemsolving attitude and a customercentric mindset.
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required.
