Your future duties and responsibilities

Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow Implementation & Solutioning with advanced automation technologies.
Experience in designing architecture on ServiceNow modules.

Experience in ITSM implementation + CSDM implementation

Experience in ServiceNow HRSD modules,HCLS including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service.
Knowledge of HRSD processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of systems architecture, SOA
General Understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, MySQL
Ability to prepare prototypes in demo instances for proposed solutions
Standard understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow (SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, REST, JSON, SOAP.)
ATF Suite/ framework and understanding of different plugins.
Advanced Reporting and complex integrations
Experience in CSDM implementation
Expert in green field implementation of ServiceNow module(s)
Experience in managing projects in agile way
Drive scrum calls and track project activities to closure
Flexible to work during client hours.
Comply with CGI RTO guidelines
Have relevant certifications from ServiceNow ( (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, etc.))
