Taking care of both inbound and outbound calls.

Qualifying the received enquiries and convert into leads from various portals.

Following the marketing team and order processing and delivery.

Customer follow-up mechanism

Customer retention strategies

Data management and analysis

Report generation

Organizing meetings and participating in various trainings.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contractual / Temporary


Salary:
₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
