Providing technical support and assistance to customers, whether on the phone.Primary objective is to ensure a client's satisfaction and ability to properly operate our software technology they may be having trouble with.
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Followup and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
- Handle ticketing system, assign tickets to concerned team, update ticket status, follow up on ticket response and resolution
SKILLS PROVIDED
- Proven experience as a help desk executive or other customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customeroriented and cooltempered
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
