Description

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Use insights from research to inform design decisions and create user personas.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and the development team.
• UI Design: Create visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that align with the brand identity and user preferences. Pay attention to detail and ensure designs are pixelperfect.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback from users and iterate on design solutions to enhance usability and overall user experience.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to collaborate on design projects and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Interaction Design: Design and define interactive elements and microinteractions to add delight and improve the overall user experience.
• Accessibility: Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to cater to users with disabilities and diverse needs.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of designs and user experiences.

• Proven Experience: A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, demonstrating a strong understanding of usercentered design principles and problemsolving skills.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Interaction Design: Solid understanding of interaction design principles, motion design, and creating responsive design solutions.
• User Research: Familiarity with various user research methods and usability testing techniques.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaboration: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and take feedback constructively.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and learn new technologies or tools as needed.

• Preferred Experience: Upto 1 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a productbased environment.
