We are hiring for
INSURANCE OPERATIONS-Claims (Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager)
Need to have 2 to 5 years of experience in
MICROFINANCE as
INSURANCE OPERATIONS-Claims

Key Responsibilities:


  • Compile claims statistics/data for management reporting for multiple partners.
  • Handle claims and partner complaints along with branch complaints.
  • Insurance Partners Relationship management
  • Mentor junior colleagues.
  • Process claims according to the partner policy's terms.
  • Provide claims advice to clients.
  • Monitoring all claims inflows to HO and process.
  • Reconciliations between all the partners
  • Training to field staff related to insurance claim process and online claim submissions.
  • Claim processing TAT to be strictly followed
Work from office


Location:
Koti, Hyderabad.


Salary:
₹39, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- total work: 5 years (required)
- insurance operations: 2 years (required)

- excel: 1 year (required)
