Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure that the company delivers the highest quality of service to their customers or clients by using their skills, expertise, and experience.
Develops a strong relationship with their customers and generates trust with open and interactive communication.
Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers/clients for future evaluation.
Follow the procedure, guidelines provided and implement it while troubleshooting queries.
Manage Customer Order Processing and Fulfilment.
Manage Return/Replacement process of orders.
Work with suppliers to process and shipment of orders most costeffective method and efficiently.
Works to ensure that current and future suppliers are identified and customer needs are addressed.
Responsible for Purchase and Procurement of Materials.
Packing of orders placed online and offline.
Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Performs other duties, as assigned.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Should be able to communicate in Hindi
Should be excellent with their communication skills
Should also have strong presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Should be able to multitask.
This job strongly demands good interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Should be able to adapt to interacting with any client and should have good listening skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.

Education:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree.

Experience:
Freshers / 0 - 1 Year
