Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services in Vasai - Virar (later to Mumbai).

Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:


  • Prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct cold calls, visits, and demonstrations to introduce products or services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Sales Strategy and Planning:


  • Execute sales strategies effectively to maximize revenue and profitability.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Must know how to drive a Motorcycle, Valid driver's license and clean driving record
