The role requires very close coordination with Sales teams, Product teams, Field support team, IT teams, vendors / suppliers, and transporter / freight forwarder to enable revenue maximization for the organization._
We will prefer people with some analytical skills who are able to understand the process and follow the same rigorously._
Order processing responsibilities:_

- _Ensure all relevant master data (Direct/indirect customers, products and install base) is correctly set up in the systems._
- _Liaise with Project Management, Service, Sales and Manufacturing to share accurate data related to equipment set up_
- _Based on Purchase orders received from customers, process orders through multiple systems_
- _Handle all internal and external enquiries and supporting documentation related to the process (certificates of origin, shipping documentation, invoice, proofs of delivery)._
- _Monitor and take appropriate action on open orders with suppliers of medical products._
- _Support Senior Analysts in consolidating follow-up updates to implementation and service teams about the status of an order (capital equipment and spare parts)._
- _Support processing shipment claims received from the implementation team and customers._

Service contract lifecycle management_

- _Based on GCS Managers or Sales instructions, create and maintain Service contracts in line with their validity, compliance of data, updates, etc._
- _Ensure invoices are generated and revenue is recognized accordingly to the billing schedule, posted accurately at month, quarter, and year end._
- _Process necessary invoice claims received from Customers._

Field Service support_

- _Process demands for spare parts car stock replenishment and follow up on deliveries._
- _Process necessary transactions to keep up to date inventory_

Supply Chain:_

- _Coordinate any exceptional delivery requirements of medical products through Supply Chain with our warehouses._
- _Replenish hardware and accessories inventory in our central warehouse including coordination of physical inbound processes_
- _Ensure Inventory for local warehouse is correct and review and handle Inventory and freight costs and assess against revenue, perform stock counts and reconciliations in alignment with business._

Other main responsibilities will include:_

- _Coordinating order-to-cash activities as follows: order processing, service contract lifecycle management, field service support, supply chain support_
- _Collaborating efficiently on related tasks with internal partners such as PMO, Commercial organization, Application specialists, Supply Chain, Order Management US, Customer Service (CSL, etc.), Finance, Master Data, etc._
- _Administration of systems supporting Dispensing Order Management (SFDC, SMX, SAP, LOTS, etc.)_
- _Ensure all relevant processes are performed per internal SOP's and Service documentation._
- _Adhere to organization and department policies, quality procedures and protocols._
- _Achieve excellence in day-to-day activities._

- _SAP ERP experience_
