As the TM/LINE INCHARGE
Safety & Environment you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head Safety & Environment
The purpose of your role will be to implement Safety & Environment system in Plant, fulfil the role of safety officer as per section 40B of The Factories Act 1948 and is capable of organising training / awareness programs.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Accident Prevention Measures
2. To ensure Legal & Environment Compliances
3.Emergency Preparedness
4.Environmental control & other facilities
5.Adhere safety audit of Equipments.
6. Skill Development and employees involvement.
A Day in the life
To be responsible for implementing Safety & Environment system in Plant, fulfil the role of safety officer as per section 40B of The Factories Act 1948 and to be capable of organising training / awareness programs
Academic Qualification & Experience
B.Tech & Safety Diploma from RLI or any state technical board.
Proven 57 years of experience as safety officer
Technical Skills/Knowledge
1.Proven experience as safety officer 2.In depth knowledge of applicable legislation and procedures 3.Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices 4.Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety 5.Liaising
Behavioural Skills
1.Listening, 2.Dealing with Ambiguity 3.Problem solving 4.Good Presentation Skill 5.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
