Should have worked as Incident & problem manager. Should have experience/exposure or understanding of Various other ITIL process like Change, Request, etc. Able to handle conflict situations and make quick decision while driving ITIL processes. Key attributes would be.

  • Good communication and written skills
  • Good Analytic & Problemsolving skills
  • Experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting reports

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery and execution of the Incident & problem management process on a daytoday basis, ensuring that process interfaces work efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing all type of incidents primarily MI. Experience in handling bridge calls and driving Incidents to closure.
  • Timely generation of PIR reports following an MI.
  • Chairing the Incident and Problem review meetings.
  • Prepare, Publish and Present all the prescribed reports/dashboards as per the defined timelines. Review the SLA/OLA performance & recommend any service improvement plans.
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills, knows how to create sequence of events (while P1/P2 incident
- during bridge call) for better/quick PIR creation.

  • Proactive and positive approach towards incident and Problem management process.
  • Support other ITIL processes like Change, Request, etc.
  • Service now or other ITSM tools knowledge.
Preferrable experience working in Complex IT Infrastructure environment with Servers, Network, Cloud and Database exposure.


Professional Qualification

  • ITIL Certified
  • Technology Experience (if Any)
  • Exposure or Understanding of Infrastructure and datacenter technologies.
  • Exposure or Understanding of cloud environments.
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
